Seasonal Affective Disorder

What is SAD?  SAD is a disorder that anyone can suffer.  SAD is short 4 Seasonal Affective Disorder.  SAD is always brought on by the lack of sunlight in winter.  You need small amounts of sunlight 4 vitamin c.  Vitamin c helps fight colds and flu in the winter.  You can drink large amounts of orange juice, but the best form of vitamin c is sunshine.

If you think that you do have SAD, then you can contact SADA.  Their address is SAD Association Po Box 989 Steyning BN44 3HG England.  I do not have a email address, but I will certainly try 2 find one 4 you all.  Please do contact this address, as they can give you a lot of info.

Here is a small list of what SAD sufferers have 2 put up with.

(1)  Down and Depressed.  (2)  Not interested in doing things.  (3)  Waking up in the night, and not getting back 2 sleep.  (4) Feeling tense, anxious, sweating spasms, hyperventilating, having 2 urinate more, aching muscles, difficulty in concentration, worrying, headaches, heavy limbs, cramps, dry mouth and stomach problems.  There is much more 2 this as well.
